MONITOR INS AND OUTS

Spend a day or two observing all that goes in and all that goes out of you. With no judgments.

By ins, I mean all consumption, not just food. Pay attention to all that goes in (stimuli, sounds, words, experiences etc)

By outs, I mean your bowel/bladder habits and your words, thoughts, and actions. Anything that needs composting.

This practice builds self-awareness and mental observation muscles.
