- Farmers Market Outing - Go to a local farmers market or grocery store. Find seasonal foods to purchase. For example, green almonds are available for a short period of time in early spring. I take advantage every year and look forward to it every spring.
- Stimuli Awareness- Identify foods that make you sick and inflamed. Identify non-food consumption that make your body feel bad and/or drain your battery.
